Bust

Adding a background is an added $35-$60 depending on complexity.

Terms Of Service

My terms apply to anything you purchase from me, whether or not you have read them you still agree.
Please do not agrue on prices, I take a lot of time and effort for each piece and even if it might seem pricey I deem it worthy.
Breaking any rules of mine will result in a blacklist no matter what, you will not be able to purchase from me again.
If you are curious of something not on my site (sketches, lineless, etc.) Feel free to ask, Im willing to do other things and discuss a price.

Payment

I only take USD through paypal invoice, please make sure to convert to the correct currency.
I take full payment upfront unless the order is above $50, in this case a payment plan can be arranged but I need at least 30% upfront.
I don't do refunds, if you at any point charge me back you will be blacklisted and I will refuse to sell to you.
If a chargeback does occur, I may use your art piece as I deem fit, whether that be a personal piece, YCH, or other.
Another oc is 80% of the base price.
Complex designs will cost extra (additional limbs, wings, lots of markings, etc.)
Each change (pose/anatomy/colours/changing charcter) after the sketching stage I will charge a fee for, though if it's small marking tweaks or I personally missed something it wont cost extra, only if youre asking for more.
You are paying for styalized work, and so my style may be subject to change as I grow as an artist.
If buying to use Commercially (Websites, TV’s shows, Etc) please state that as there is a 80% fee that will be added. This will also include me giving you the photoshop files of the linework, colour, etc so that way you may tweak it as you like.

Process

I usually try to provide wips as quickly as possible, however if youre curious please feel free to ask me for an update, however I'd ask not to message me daily as it stresses me out.
I don't do deadlines unless given a rush fee (which will be on a case by case basis).
If something comes up to delay your commission I will notify you, on average it will take me anywhere from 2 weeks - 2 months to work on your commission and/or complete it.
I do take bundle commissions and you may get a discount for it.
Inbetween commissions I may work on personal art or other peoples art, I have no set order that I follow.

Usage

I post most if not all my artwork to my Instagram, so if you don't feel comfortable with that, or the image is a gift/ secret please let me know not to post it.
Yoy may not resell my art as your own, repost without credit, or distort my signature in anyway.
If an adopt/custom is bought from me it is now yours which means you can sell it for how much you see fit, as well as change the design as much as you like.
Until I finish your commission you have no right to any of the wips I send unless discussed.
You can upload it to Toyhouse or any other image saving site, just please credit me. If its on Toyhouse my username is MazikeenCross.
